China Literature Limited (Yuewen in Chinese),Elias Rønnenfelt on Caravaggio, Eroticism and Disney a leading online literature and intellectual property platform in China, announced on Monday that the company has entered into an asset transfer agreement with Tencent to acquire the related assets of Tencent Animation and Comics, including related app platforms and the intellectual property rights and related rights to its content, for RMB 600 million ($84 million). Established in 2012, Tencent Animation and Comics is a domestic animation and comic platform that has launched popular titles including The Outcast, The Fox Spirit Matchmaker, and Spare Me, Great Lord.
