The rejuvenated management team further signals that the 24-year-old company is adapting to more flexible strategies as an offensive move amidst the unstoppable upward trend of rivals Pinduoduo and Douyin. The youngest person promoted this round is 1987-born Wang Tingxiang, who now heads the newly formed fashion and apparel development unit.
